CARL E. TUERK, JR.
Carl E. Tuerk, Jr. is the managing partner of Cooper & Tuerk, LLP. Mr. Tuerk's practice focuses on Personal Injury, Product's Liability, Business, & Divorce matters. Mr. Tuerk has been practicing law in Baltimore since 1972. A member of Million Dollar Advocates Forum, Mr. Tuerk, has represented a variety of clients in his more than forty years of legal practice. He has represented the City of Baltimore in numerous actions against manufacturers of asbestos and has represented individuals harmed by asbestos as well.
Mr. Tuerk is an advocate in the fight against Alzheimer's Disease. A current member of the national Board of Directors of the Alzheimer's Association, Mr. Tuerk has served in numerous capacities with both the Central Maryland chapter of the Alzheimer's Association and the National Alzheimer's Association since 1996.

LARRY E. JORDAN
Larry E. Jordan is a partner at Cooper & Tuerk, LLP. Mr. Jordan's practice focuses on criminal law, social security disability, and worker's compensation matters. Mr. Jordan has been practicing law in Baltimore since 1975. Mr. Jordan began his law career working for the Baltimore City Public Defender's Office handling major felony cases.

W. TIMOTHY SUTTON
W. Timothy Sutton is an associate with Cooper & Tuerk, LLP. Mr. Sutton's practice focuses on mediation, bankruptcy, personal injury, and divorce matters. Mr. Sutton has been practicing law in Baltimore since 2003. A court certified mediator, Mr. Sutton has served as a mediator on various matters and has over sixty hours of mediation training. Mr. Sutton has also represented clients in various matters in both federal and Maryland state courts.
